The NYSOMOTC holds two (2) meetings per year.

OUR ANNUAL STATE MEETING is held the last weekend of April.
Member Clubs bid to Host the meeting in their cities and can be held anywhere within the NY State boundaries. The bids are voted on at the General Membership Meeting.

Executive Board Meeting

Our annual MIDTERM MEETING is held the third Saturday in October. This meeting is always held in the Binghamton area of NY State. A luncheon buffet is served in the afternoon. Several committees use this weekend to get together to have committee meetings.
