MEMBERSHIP AND DUES INFORMATION

We welcome all clubs to join the
New York State Organization Of Mothers Of Twins Clubs

Dues:

Small club = 10 members or less $15.00/year
Medium club = 11-30 members $20.00/year
Large club = 31 + members $25.00/year

In addition to the above fee, $.25/member is charged.

Dues and Statistics forms must be submitted by June 1st

A late fee of $5.00/month will be added
for any dues not paid on time.

A completed Statistics Form must be submitted with the dues.

Member clubs will receive 2 copies of each issue of the
Presidential Papers (Bi-monthly newsletter).
