Guidelines are as follows: 1. The banner may be made of any material. 2. It must be hung from a dowel with a string on top tied to both ends of the dowel. 3. It must be no longer than 2'x3' or 36"x24" and can be hung vertically or horizontally. 4. You club name and title must appear on the banner. 5. The entry must be mailed in and postmarked no later than March 1, 2006. 6. Scoring will be based on the following criteria: A. Identification (20 points)
